Group Therapy
Depending on the nature of your problem, group therapy can be an ideal choice for addressing your concerns and making positive changes in your life. Group therapy allows individuals to develop self-awareness by listening to others with similar life issues. Group therapy can help individuals improve their mental health through insight and education. Individuals develop communication and socialization skills through group experiences. Group therapy allows individuals to learn how to express their issues and accept criticism from others. This form of therapy helps you realize that you are not alone. Group therapy is people coming together to improve their lives.
Techniques used are Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Psycho-educational Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (other therapeutic techniques practiced depending on the presenting problem and treatment goal).
